Master Yang has released a new series of "Master Yang Live" Hi Def recordings of his private gatherings. These are real good because they are small sips of various parts of his traditions. The Spine and back series (pictured above) is a core set of exercises found within his traditions. Developed from the Shaolin White Crane Martial Arts he learned and still teaches is a Qigong everyone should know.
Its price at $129.00 for the over two hour video packed with everything you need to know from anatomy, science, health benefits and several ways of practicing it. General note back in the day a private lesson cost $250.00 per hour with him, which im sure it has increased since then. A nifty handout is also available for download along with a streaming link for mobile devices.
Starting in the mid 1996 I became a student of his and focused solely on the Crane style and his Taiji Qigong. These are two styles I still practice and teach and have found them a must keep! In the beginning the spinal wave will take time to soften the body and get the flow going and kick start your movement induced micro cosmic orbit going. I give these new DVD's AAA+++

End note: I will be teaching in public again after a long deserved hiatus; hopefully the covid plague will not derail my efforts. First class will be in mid July 2023 at a park in Sterling Heights details to follow;have to verify still a great practice location. First class will be easy going, intro to Standing Meditation and first 6 moves of Chi flow sequence for self healing.
